- cooking oil - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- clove finely chopped garlic - 1 item
- thick pork chops - 6 item
- medium, fresh, peeled tomatoes, chopped - 4 item
How to make pork chops creole:
Brown pork chops lightly in 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet. Saut?© garlic, green pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons oil in small skillet. Add tomatoes, thyme, salt and pepper.
