Ingredients/Components
- onion, diced - 1/4 c
- green pepper, diced - 1/4 c
- shredded hash browns - 1/2 c
- or 3 sausage patties or links, cooked - 2 item
- small container Egg Beaters - 1 item
- sprinkle of shredded cheese - 1 item
How to make sausage scramble:
Saut?© green peppers and onions. Add sausage. Cut into tiny pieces. Add hash browns. Cook until tender. Add Egg Beaters and finish cooking. When done, place on plates and sprinkle with cheese.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, One Dish meal.
