Pork chops and potato scallop
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- dried dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- thinly sliced potatoes - 4 c
- pork chops - 4 item
How to make pork chops and potato scallop:
Combine mushroom soup, sour cream, water and dill weed in a small bowl. Blend well. Alternate layers of potatoes and soup mixture in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides in skillet. Place pork chops on top of potato and soup mixture.
