- medium onions - 3 item
- pork chops - 5 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Brown pork chops. Put a layer of pork chops in a baking dish. Cover with a layer of thick-sliced onions and potatoes. Repeat until all ingredients have been used. Add 1/2 can of water to the mushroom soup; mix well. Pour over casserole. Cover with tin foil. Cook for 1 hour at 350°.This is an extremely quick and easy meal in one. This recipe consists of a 3-course meal in one. With rolls you have a complete meal. Feeds 5 people.
