- hot water - 2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted - 1 3/4
- 1/2 thick bone-in pork loin chops, trimmed - 6 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Combine rice, seasoning packet from rice mix, and hot water; place in lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish set aside.Sprinkle pork chops with pepper and place over rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Uncover casserole; combine soup and milk and pour over casserole. Bake uncovered 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 6 servings.
