- medium onion - 1 item
- fresh tomatoes - 2 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- pork chops - 4 item
- beef bouillon - 1 c
- rice raw - 3/4 c
How to make pork chop casserole:
Put rice in greased casserole. Place pork chops on top. Add onion slices on chops. Slice tomatoes on onions. Slice pepper on tomatoes. Add beef bouillon. Cover with foil and cook at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
