Ingredients/Components
- Minute rice - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- water - 3 c
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
How to make pork chop and rice casserole:
Cover bottom of dish with Minute rice. Put pork chops on top and add more rice on top of meat. In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and water; pour over rice and meat. Sprinkle onion soup mix over top. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
