Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- relish
- tomato juice - 1 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- Worcestershire - 3 Tbsp
- broth - 1 c
- ground mustard - 1 Tbsp
- pork roast, cooked and cut up - 5 lb
- thick stock - 2 Tbsp
How to make pork barbecue:
Combine everything but the relish and cooked pork. Slowly simmer for 2 to 3 hours until thickened. Add pork. Just before serving, add the relish.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
