Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- can water chestnuts, sliced - 1/2 item
- cans mushrooms - 2 oz
- spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained - 7 oz
- buttered bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make chicketti:
Bone, skin, cook and cube chicken breasts. Preheat oven to 300°. Saute mushrooms in butter. Mix mushrooms, soup, sour cream, water chestnuts and spaghetti together. Place in casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, then Parmesan cheese. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Freezes well. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: American, Main dish, Casseroles.
