Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- large onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- bottle catsup - 1 oz
- pork shoulder - 3 lb
How to make pork barbecue:
Brown roast. Add water (about 1 1/2 cups). Cover and simmer slowly until well done. Remove pork and shred, removing fat and bone. Cool broth in which it was cooked. Remove fat from top and use 1 cup of remaining liquid. Combine pork liquid, catsup and other ingredients and mix well. Simmer slowly for 3 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
