Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- ground steak - 1 lb
How to make porcupines:
Mix all ingredients, except soup. Form into balls; place in casserole. Cover with soup. Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes, then cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe is from the Shelbyville Daily Union Cooking School.
