Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- mustard - 2 tsp
- ground beef
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- cans tomato soup - 2 item
- soup cans water - 2 item
- each: chopped onion, green pepper and celery - 1/2 c
How to make porcupines:
Mix all but soup and water. Make into 2-inch balls. Place in baking dish; pour soup and water over top. Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
