Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground meat - 1 lb
- can condensed tomato soup - 1 item
- uncooked Minute rice - 1/3 c
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. In a skillet, blend soup and chili powder. Stir in 1/2 soup can of water. Bring to boiling. Add meatballs. Cover and simmer gently 1 hour, stirring a few times.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
