- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion - 1 Tbsp
- uncooked Minute rice - 1/2 c
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Mix first 7 ingredients and form into balls and put into 2-quart casserole. Pour can of soup over the top and bake, covered, 45 minutes at 350°. Bake an additional 15 minutes, uncovered.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
