- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sifted flour - 1 c
How to make popovers:
Beat all ingredients together with electric mixer until smooth. Pour into well-greased deep muffin cups (3/4 full). Bake at 425° until golden brown, 35 to 45 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 5 to 9 popovers.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Rolls/biscuits.
