Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- miniature marshmallows - 3 c
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- peanuts unsalted - 8 oz
- popcorn unbuttered and unsalted - 16 c
How to make popcorn bars:
In large Dutch oven, melt oil, butter or margarine, marshmallows and caramels over low heat. Stir often. When melted and smooth, let cool 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring while cooling. Stir in 1/2 popcorn. Add candy and peanuts, then remaining popcorn. StirRecipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
