Ingredients/Components

  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • cloves - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 2 c
  • cooking oil - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • small jars plums baby food - 2 item
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • powdered sugar
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp

How to make plum cake:

Glaze (optional):1 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. lemon juice Mix all ingredients (do not use mixer). Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes; glaze.
