Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1 clove
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • large chopped onion - 1 item
  • peeled, seeded and chopped tomatoes - 4 qt
  • chopped green pepper medium - 1 item

How to make pizza sauce:

Combine all ingredients and cook until thick. Process pints 30 minutes and quarts 45 minutes in hot water bath.
