Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- Velveeta cheese - 2 lb
- onion, diced fine - 1/2 c
- celery, diced fine - 1/2 c
- bell pepper, diced fine - 1/2 c
- or 2 cocktail loaves bread your choice as to type - 1 item
How to make pizza sandwiches:
Cook sausage and veggies until red is gone and veggies are tender; drain. Add Velveeta and stir until melted into the mixture. Spread on cocktail slices of bread. Freeze. When ready to bake, put frozen slices on cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 400°. Bake about 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Very low carbs, Sandwich.
