Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1 c
- pinch of sugar - 1 item
- can tomato soup undiluted - 1 item
- onion, diced fine - 1/2 c
- celery, diced fine - 1 c
- each cans tuna fish - 2 1/2
- envelopes gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water - 2 item
How to make tuna mold:
Heat soup almost to boiling point. Add gelatin and stir. Soften cheese and have mayonnaise at room temperature (whip smooth) and add soup. Add remaining ingredients and seasonings.Grease mold with mayonnaise. Refrigerate. To release from mold, use warm water. Use with Wheat Thins.
