Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- chopped onion - 2/3 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/3 c
- chopped green bell pepper - 1/2 c
- chopped fresh mushrooms - 1/3 c
- pork sausage - 1/2 lb
- can Chunky Tomatoes Pasta Style - 1 1/2
- can Pizza Sauce, flavored with Pepperoni - 1 oz
- sliced ripe olives, optional - 1/3 c
- Rigatoni pasta, cooked and drained - 6 8
- Parmesan best if freshly grated - 1 item
How to make pizza pasta:
Combine sausage, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in large skillet. Cook until sausage is fully cooked. Drain any excess grease. Add tomatoes, pizza sauce, and water.
