Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- elbow macaroni - 1/2 lb
- cans diced tomatoes - 2 item
- bacon, diced - 1/2 lb
How to make macaroni and tomatoes:
Cook the bacon and onion in skillet until done. Set aside. Cook the macaroni until done; drain. Add bacon and onion to macaroni. Add water and tomatoes. Cook for 30 minutes. May add more water. Salt and pepper to taste.Can use ground beef.
