Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- lukewarm water - 1/2 c
- cornmeal to dust pan - 1 item
How to make pizza dough:
Sprinkle yeast in water. Stir until yeast is dissolved. Add sugar, salt, butter and flour. Stir until well mixed. Roll dough out on lightly floured surface in shape of pan. Sprinkle pan lightly with cornmeal. Put dough on pan and place in a warm place until dough doubles in size, anywhere from 40 minutes to 2 hours.
