- soda - 1/4 tsp
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- onion powder - 2 tsp
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- dill seed - 3 tsp
- lukewarm water - 1/4 c
How to make dill bread:
Mix dry yeast and lukewarm water together; let sit for 5 minutes. Heat cottage cheese and soda. Mix butter, dill seed, salt, flour, sugar and onion powder. Add yeast and cottage cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 2 small loaves.Recipe categories: Breads, Cheese, Yeast breads.
