Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- ketchup - 2 Tbsp
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- sausage, cooked and drained - 1 lb
- jar pizza sauce - 1 oz
- cans refrigerated biscuits - 2 oz
How to make pizza cups:
To cooked and drained sausage add pizza sauce, ketchup, onion and seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes. Place biscuits in a greased muffin pan, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons into each cup and sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. (Freezes well.)My grandchildren love these.
