- sugar - 1/4 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- milk
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 2/3 c
- Cool Whip - 2 (8
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- pudding pistachio - 2 pkg
How to make pistachio torte:
Mix butter, flour, sugar and nuts. Pat in 9 x 13-inch pan. (this can be doubled, if you like a thicker crust.) Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Mix pudding and milk. Beat 2 minutes and pour over first layer.
