Cocoa-mocha mousse
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- instant coffee - 1/2 tsp
- skim milk - 1 c
- coffee liqueur - 1 Tbsp
- chocolate wafer cookies - 2 item
- nonfat plain yogurt - 1/4 c
- raspberries optional - 1 item
- reduced-fat Ricotta cheese - 1 c
How to make cocoa-mocha mousse:
Combine Ricotta cheese, yogurt and cocoa powder in container of food processor. Whirl 2 minutes, until mixture is very smooth. Turn into medium-size bowl. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan.
