- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- container Cool Whip, thawed - 1 (12
- box pistachio instant pudding - 1 item
- bag colored miniature marshmallows - 1/2 item
How to make pistachio salad:
Fold in pistachio pudding mix with thawed Cool Whip. Add pineapple, including juice. Add 1/2 of marshmallows and mix well. Spread remaining marshmallows on top. Let set in fridge for at least 1/2 hour before serving.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Side dish.
