Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cream cheese
- pkg
- milk
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- flour - 1 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 2/3 c
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- of large carton Cool Whip - 1/2 item
- Fourth Layer:1/2 carton Cool Whip
How to make pistachio cake:
Second Layer:8 oz. cream cheese2/3 c. powdered sugar1/2 of large carton Cool Whip Third Layer:2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding2 1/2 c. milk Fourth Layer:1/2 carton Cool Whip chopped nuts (optional) maraschino cherries Mix first layer like pie dough. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool.Beat all the ingredients in second layer and spread on crust. Beat third layer ingredients and spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
Spread remaining Cool Whip on top layer. Sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
