  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg
  • milk - 3 c
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • instant chocolate pudding mix Jell-O

How to make mississippi mud pie:

Filling A:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 tsp. vanilla1 c. Cool Whip1 c. powdered sugar Filling B:2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix (Jell-O)3 c. milk Topping:8 oz. Cool Whip1/2 c. chopped pecans Crust: Mix all ingredients and spread in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° until brown. Let cool.

Filling A: Mix all ingredients and spread over crust.

Filling B: Mix ingredients and spread over cream cheese.

Topping: Cover pudding with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans or grated chocolate. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
