Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg
- milk - 3 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- instant chocolate pudding mix Jell-O
How to make mississippi mud pie:
Filling A:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 tsp. vanilla1 c. Cool Whip1 c. powdered sugar Filling B:2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix (Jell-O)3 c. milk Topping:8 oz. Cool Whip1/2 c. chopped pecans Crust: Mix all ingredients and spread in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° until brown. Let cool.Filling A: Mix all ingredients and spread over crust.
Filling B: Mix ingredients and spread over cream cheese.
Topping: Cover pudding with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans or grated chocolate. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
