vanilla - 2 tsp
flour
oil
soda - 2 tsp
buttermilk - 1/2 c
nuts - 1 c
apples, diced - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Sift dry ingredients. Cream oil, sugar and eggs. Add apples, nuts, dry ingredients and buttermilk alternately. Add vanilla. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
