- pistachio instant pudding - 1 pkg
- walnuts - 1/2 c
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- 7-Up - 1 c
- white cake mix Duncan Hines - 1 item
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan lined with waxed paper
How to make pistachio cake:
Mix ingredients until well blended. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan lined with waxed paper. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Cool and then put frosting on cake.Frosting:1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding1 1/4 c. milk1 medium carton Cool Whip (9 oz.) Beat the pudding and milk until thick, then fold in the Cool Whip.
