Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 lb
- packed brown sugar - 2 c
- white sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- quick oatmeal uncooked - 2 c
How to make buffalo chip cookies:
Melt butter and cool to room temperature. Add sugars and mix well. Add remaining ingredients in order, stirring after each addition. Use ice cream scoop, 6 scoops per cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.This recipe works well if you freeze the scoops, then bake when you want only a few cookies at a time.
