Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- yellow or white cake mix - 1 pkg
- instant pistachio pudding mix - 1 pkg
How to make pistachio cake:
Mix together cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs and oil. Stir until blended. In separate bowl, mix sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Grease well and flour a Bundt cake pan. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of nut mixture in bottom. Spoon in 1/2 of cake batter on top. Top this with remaining mixture; then put in rest of the batter. Do not preheat oven.
