- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- canned pineapple, drained - 8 item
How to make pineapple upside-down cake:
Melt 1/4 cup butter in iron skillet. Sprinkle brown sugar on top, then place pineapple on top of that. Beat eggs until light. Add gradually salt and sugar. Heat milk to boiling. Add to 1 tablespoon butter. Beat into egg mixture; add vanilla. Add flour to egg mixture. Beat quickly until blended. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
