- milk
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 60 item
- vanilla ice cream, softened - 1/2 gal
- nondairy whipped topping - 1 item
- coconut cream instant pudding - 2 pkg
How to make coconut cream dessert:
Mix cracker crumbs and butter. Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs for topping; press remaining crumbs into 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix ice cream, milk and instant pudding. Pour over crust. Chill 3 hours (or overnight).
