- brown sugar - 1 c
- cube margarine - 1 item
- box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix - 1 item
- 2 can crushed pineapple sweetened in own juice
How to make pineapple upside down cake:
Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch dish. Stir in brown sugar. Spread evenly in dish. Add pineapple. Spread evenly in dish over the brown sugar. Sprinkle 4 to 6 tablespoons over pineapple. Pour batter over this. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
