  • milk - 1/2 c

  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 1/2 c
  • whipped cream optional - 1 item

How to make pineapple upside cake:

Preheat oven to 400°. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in an ovenproof skillet or 9-inch cake pan. Stir in brown sugar over low heat until it dissolves. Remove from heat; add pineapple juice. Arrange pineapple rings with a cherry in the center in 1 lay
