Pineapple upside cake
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3/4 to
- oleo - 1/4 1/2
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can pineapple sliced or crushed - 20 oz
How to make pineapple upside cake:
Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch dish. Sprinkle brown sugar over melted oleo. Place pineapple slices or crushed pineapple drained over brown sugar. Add cherries to pine apples as desired.Mix cake by directions except substitute 1/4 cup water with pineapple juice. Bake at 350 until done. Cool in pan. Cool in pan for 10 -15 minutes before removing to desired serving dish.
