Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 c
- butter - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- jars pineapple preserves - 2 item
How to make pineapple turnovers:
By hand, work dry ingredients as for pie crust. Flour board well and roll out. Cut rounds with water glass. Use flour as necessary. Add 1 teaspoon preserves. Fold over. Seal edges with water. Bake in 350° oven 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Low protein.
