  • cream cheese - 1 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • jars pineapple preserves - 2 item

How to make pineapple turnovers:

By hand, work dry ingredients as for pie crust. Flour board well and roll out. Cut rounds with water glass. Use flour as necessary. Add 1 teaspoon preserves. Fold over. Seal edges with water. Bake in 350° oven 25 minutes.
