Pineapple ambrosia
Ingredients/Components
- coconut - 1/2 c
- miniature marshmallows - 3 c
- can crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained - 1 oz
- fat-free vanilla yogurt - 1 c
- can pineapple chunks or tidbits in its own juice, drained - 1 oz
- can water packed mandarin oranges, drained - 1 oz
How to make pineapple ambrosia:
