Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- vanilla extract - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- sifted flour
- margarine - 1/2 c
- each: flour and brown sugar - 1/3 c
How to make cream cheese coffee cake:
Combine margarine, sugar and cheese; beat well until light and smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well blended. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with the milk to the first mixture. Mix well. Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inRecipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
