  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • slices bread or croissants - 4 item
  • can 2 1/2 c

How to make pineapple spoon bread:

Grease 2-quart casserole. Mix sugar, flour and salt. Beat in eggs. Add pineapple. Pour in pan. Tear bread or croissants into pieces and spread over mixture. Pour melted butter over bread. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until it stops jiggling.
