Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- coconut - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- cooking oil - 1/4 c
- small can Pet milk - 1 item
- pecans - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make pineapple sheet cake:
Icing:1 c. sugar1 stick oleo1 small can Pet milk1 c. pecans1 c. coconut Mix all ingredients together and bake in a sheet cake pan at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.Boil icing ingredients together for 10 minutes. Add coconut and pecans and pour over warm cake.
