  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • coconut - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 2 c
  • cooking oil - 1/4 c
  • small can Pet milk - 1 item
  • pecans - 1 c
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item

How to make pineapple sheet cake:

Icing:1 c. sugar1 stick oleo1 small can Pet milk1 c. pecans1 c. coconut Mix all ingredients together and bake in a sheet cake pan at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.

Boil icing ingredients together for 10 minutes. Add coconut and pecans and pour over warm cake.
