- chopped pecans - 2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- lemon pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped green onion - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 oz
- assorted crackers - 1 item
How to make pineapple pecan cheese ball:
In mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Gently stir in pineapple, green peppers, onions, salt and lemon pepper. Add 1/2 nuts. Turn out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
