- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- lemon pepper - 1 tsp
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- chopped green onion - 1/2 c
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 (8
- assorted crackers - 1 item
- chopped pecans, divided in half - 2 c
How to make pineapple pecan cheese ball:
In mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Gently stir in pineapple, green pepper, onion, seasonings and 1/2 cup nuts. Turn out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.Before serving, roll cheese ball in remaining nuts. Serve with crackers. Serves 12 to 14.
