Pineapple inside-out cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- margarine
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
How to make pineapple inside-out cake:
Topping:1/2 c. margarine1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Blend flour, white sugar, baking soda and salt. Add eggs, pineapple with juice and margarine. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix brown sugar and nuts. Spread over top. Bake at 350° for approximately 35 minutes. Boil topping ingredients.
