Ingredients/Components
- 2 layer yellow cake mix - 1 item
- eggs - 4 item
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- can Mandarin oranges undrained - 1 item
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- box instant vanilla pudding - 1 oz
How to make pineapple icebox cake:
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix the cake mix, undrained Mandarin oranges, eggs and vegetable oil in a bowl and pour into the 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely.For icing, mix the dry pudding mix and the pineapple. Stir in the Cool Whip. Spread on the cooled cake and refrigerate.
