  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • all-purpose flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • round buttery cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
  • can pineapple chunks in juice undrained - 1 oz

How to make pineapple gratin:

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice. Combine reserved pineapple juice, sugar and flour. Stir in juice, sugar and flour. Stir in pineapple and cheese. Spoon into a lightly greased, shallow 2-cup baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle evenly over pineapple mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
