Pineapple gratin
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- all-purpose flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- 4 oz - 1 c
- round buttery cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- can pineapple chunks in juice undrained - 1 oz
How to make pineapple gratin:
Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice. Combine reserved pineapple juice, sugar and flour. Stir in juice, sugar and flour. Stir in pineapple and cheese. Spoon into a lightly greased, shallow 2-cup baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle evenly over pineapple mixture.
