Ingredients/Components
- cold water - 4 Tbsp
- boiling water - 1 c
- large angel food cake - 1 item
- envelopes unflavored gelatin - 2 item
- whipped topping - 1 qt
- can shredded coconut - 1 item
- 2 can crushed pineapple, undrained
How to make pineapple dessert:
Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water and pineapple. Chill until firm and add 1 quart whipped topping. Fold in the angel food cake, which has been broken into bite size pieces. Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Let set in refrigerator until firm. Top with whipped topping and coconut.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Tropical fruits.
